Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Work Mode: Onsite
JOB SUMMARY:
He/she will be tasked with the duty of responding to complaints from customers who purchase goods
or services from the organization. They strive to increase the organization’s overall customer
satisfaction scores while also resolving specific client complaints.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to establishing and maintaining profitable connections with important clients.
- Must respond quickly and effectively to client issues.
- Must keep clients informed about the newest products that will help make more sales.
- Must be able to make strategic plans with organization managers.
- Increasing consumer base through cross- and up-selling.
- Identifying and meeting the main demands of each unique customer.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
- Must always provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers,
product and service launches as well as store activities and trends
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Bsc degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft office suites.
- Must possess superior product knowledge.
- Must be a team player
- Should at all times maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
