Our client, a leading Commercial Bank & Financial Institution, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Teller Agents, who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional account service and responding to customer inquiries.
- Process customers transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments.
- Manage cash transactions including receiving and dispensing cash, counting and balancing cash and maintaining cash control.
- Refer customers to other bank products and services such as the online platforms to make transactions.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work effectively with other bank staff to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and provide support.
Requirements:
- A minimum of BSC/HND in any discipline is required.
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in a banking or financial service environment; experience as a Teller agent or related role is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Age Limit: must not be older than 30 Years
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
