Job Brief:
- The HR Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering tailored HR advisory, compliance, and workforce management solutions.
- The role functions as an embedded HR business partner, ensuring seamless client service delivery, driving organizational transformation, and building long-term client relationships that enhance Pivotage’s outsourcing and HR transformation service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between Pivotage and client accounts, ensuring HR services are delivered effectively and aligned with client goals.
- Provide generalist HR service and advisory across performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Lead employee relations interventions including grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Support workforce restructuring, organizational design, and transformation initiatives.
- Advise clients on performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives for clients.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
- Deliver periodic HR health checks, compliance audits, and workforce analysis for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with client leadership teams, offering data-driven HR insights.
- Collaborate with Pivotage consultants to ensure HR outsourcing services evolve into strategic transformation engagements.
- Identify upselling opportunities for HR transformation and advisory services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. And a Postgraduate degree in HR, Business, or related field (advantageous).
- 4 – 6 years’ HR generalist or HR business partnering experience.
- CIPM, SHRM, or other HR professional certification required.
- Experience in HR outsourcing, consulting, or transformation projects (preferred).
- Proven track record in client-facing HR service delivery.
