Job Summary:
The HR Business Intelligence and Deployment Manager requires a high-level of initiative and proactiveness to
perform successfully on this job.
You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational functions within the HR consulting division,
conducting high-level research to inform business decisions, and leading efforts to drive business growth. This
position requires an experienced individual who can manage operations efficiently, deliver insightful research, and
spearhead business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting,
leadership abilities, and a track record of driving successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of HR trends, data, and metrics to provide actionable insights that
drive decision-making and enhance business growth - Identify and pursue business development opportunities by generating and closing leads to expand the
company’s portfolio. - Drive the implementation of HR programs, projects, and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution
- Act as a point of contact for client services, ensuring the execution of HR solutions tailored to client needs
and improved satisfaction. - Lead and contribute to creative problem-solving sessions, driving the development of innovative HR
solutions that address workforce challenges and enhance employee engagement. - Monitor industry trends and best practices, using these insights to inform and shape HR strategies that
align with business goals. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery, ensuring clear communication
channels between HR, clients, and other departments. - Proactively resolve HR-related client concerns and offer tailored solutions to strengthen relationships and
improve service delivery. - Manage the company’s internal HR needs by fostering a strong organizational culture, ensuring a positive
work environment, and promoting culture fit and a positive attitude among employees. - Drive initiatives that foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment aligned with the company’s
values
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent
experience is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, research, or business development, with a focus on HR consulting or
professional services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analytics and business intelligence.
• Proven ability to deploy HR projects effectively and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and client service skills with a focus on relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to foster creativity and innovation in HR practices.
• Strong understanding of organizational culture and the importance of culture fit in employee engagement.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 Business Suite
