Job Title: HR Business Intelligence and Deployment Officer
Location: Oniru, Lekki, Lagos State.

Job Summary:
The HR Business Intelligence Deployment Officer will support the team’s effort in conducting research, analysis,
and deployment of HR initiatives to ensure data-driven decision-making and effective operational execution. The
role will involve assisting with tasks related to business development, client services, and fostering a creative
solutions-oriented culture. Emphasis will be placed on aligning HR practices with the company’s cultural values
and promoting a positive work environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of HR trends, data, and metrics to provide actionable insights that
    drive decision-making and support business growth.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities by generating leads and assisting in closing deals
    to expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs, projects, and initiatives, ensuring tasks are executed
    smoothly and in alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for client services, contributing to the delivery of HR solutions tailored to client
    needs and improving overall client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate in creative problem-solving sessions, supporting the development of innovative HR solutions
    that address workforce challenges and improve employee engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices, applying insights to help shape HR strategies that align with
    organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR service delivery, ensuring effective communication
    between HR, clients, and other departments.
  • Assist in resolving HR-related client concerns, offering tailored solutions that strengthen relationships and
    enhance service quality.
  • Support internal HR operations by promoting a positive, inclusive work environment that aligns with
    company culture and values.
  • Participate in initiatives that foster collaboration, teamwork, and a strong work ethic across the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations, research, or business development, preferably within
    the consulting space
  • Strong analytical skills with some experience in HR data analytics or reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, are a must-have.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 business suite
