Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing field sales operations, managing sales representatives, and driving product distribution across assigned territories. The role requires strong leadership, market development, and relationship management skills to ensure sales targets are achieved while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives within the assigned territory.

Drive product distribution, visibility, and availability across retail and wholesale channels.

Monitor sales performance and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to sales representatives.

Prepare and submit sales reports, market intelligence, and performance updates to management.
Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3 – 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Good understanding of retail distribution networks and market dynamics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data analysis.

Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
