Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and onboard new loan customers across various market segments.
- Promote the bank’s credit products and achieve assigned loan acquisition and disbursement targets.
- Conduct needs assessments to match customers with suitable loan products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in, business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ proven experience in loan sales, credit acquisition, or retail banking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of credit processes and documentation requirements.
