Our client, a leading Commercial Bank & Financial Institution, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join the team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customers inquiries and issues, and promoting our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer’s inquiries, resolving issues and promoting banking products and services.
- Resolve customer’s complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about banking products and services, including features, benefits and pricing.
- Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to other banking products.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer data, including contact information and account details.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of BSC/HND in any discipline is required.
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related role; experience in a banking or financial environment is an added advantage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
