Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, prospect, and convert leads into customers through direct sales strategies. 
  • Conduct sales presentations, explain product benefits, and address customer inquiries. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. 
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories or markets. 
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. 
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports. 

Requirements: 

  • OND/HND/BSC degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles. 
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
