Job Summary
The Full Stack Developer & IT Administrator provides in-house technology support for Pivotage while leading the development, deployment, and management of digital HR solutions, including the Gapcot platform.
This dual role combines IT infrastructure administration with full-stack software development, ensuring seamless daily operations and driving digital innovation in HR services.
Key Responsibilities
IT Administration:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Provide first-line IT support for staff (hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, security updates).
- Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
- Manage access rights, licenses, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain and monitor servers, systems, and cloud storage.
Full-stack Development & Product Innovation:
- Develop and maintain Pivotage’s SaaS HR solutions (Gapcot) and digital platforms.
- Build scalable web applications (frontend + backend) with user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with HR client services team and business units to translate service needs into digital solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Analyst to create dashboards, reporting tools, and digital workflows that support HR transformation services.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Manage integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
- Provide documentation and user training for digital platforms.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7 – 10 years of progressive IT, Front-End & Back-End experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior consulting or strategic advisory role.
- Proven track record in delivering HR transformation, workforce planning, and organizational design projects.
- Experience working with diverse industries and C-level stakeholders.
