Job Summary
The Content & Communications Officer is responsible for creating and managing high-quality business content across multiple channels to build Pivotage’s visibility, establish thought leadership, and support lead generation campaigns.
The role ensures a steady pipeline of impactful content that positions Pivotage as a trusted HR partner and industry authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit business-oriented content (articles, blogs, newsletters, reports, case studies).
- Manage Pivotage’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube etc.), ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and growth.
- Produce ghostwritten content (executive LinkedIn articles, industry insights, speeches) for senior leadership to enhance thought leadership positioning.
- Collaborate with research analysts, consultants, and designers to translate insights and projects into engaging, audience-friendly communication.
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, business objectives, and seasonal HR themes.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate) and report on campaign performance.
- Support PR and external communication initiatives by drafting press releases, announcements, and event recaps.
- Stay updated on HR industry trends and emerging communication strategies to ensure relevance and differentiation.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in content writing, corporate communications, or digital media management.
- Prior experience in HR consulting, professional services, or business-focused industries is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Copywriting (preferred but not mandatory).
