Job Summary
The Head, Brand & Strategy is responsible for defining, executing, and maintaining Pivotage’s premium brand identity.
The role ensures strategic communication, brand storytelling, and market positioning that aligns marketing initiatives with business objectives, while creating a consistent and differentiated presence in the HR services market.
Functions & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies that reinforce the company’s identity, value proposition, and competitive edge.
- Lead brand storytelling initiatives that build strong emotional connections with target audiences.
- Oversee strategic communications, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Partner with internal teams to design and execute integrated campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor brand performance through key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Serve as brand custodian, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications platforms.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in brand management, corporate communications, or strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading brand positioning and strategic communication initiatives.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
