Job Brief:

The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to conducting interviews and managing offers.
The role ensures that Pivotage delivers efficient, high-quality recruitment solutions to clients, strengthening the Talent-360 service line and positioning Pivotage as a trusted HR partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned client accounts (job brief, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, assessments, offer negotiation).
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Write compelling job postings aligned with client specifications and Pivotage’s brand.
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer and interpret talent assessments, behavioral interviews, and technical tests.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, providing updates on recruitment progress and talent market insights.
  • Maintain accurate records on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate with verification team to conduct reference checks, background verification, and pre-employment processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Account Managers to ensure seamless onboarding of successful candidates.
  • Track market and industry hiring trends, providing competitive intelligence to clients.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, turnaround times, and client satisfaction.

Qualification:

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Professional HR or recruitment certifications (CIPM, SHRM, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple roles across different industries.
  • Experience with client-facing recruitment delivery preferred.
